Purchase Terms

1. What you're buying

The Legal Policy Generator AI service produces draft legal policies (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and/or Refund Policy) based on the information you provide in the wizard. Pricing:

• AI Legal Policy — Single ($3.99 USD): one AI-polished policy of your choice.
• AI Legal Policy — Bundle ($7.99 USD): all three policies, AI-polished, generated together.

Each purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge.

2. Delivery

Policies are generated and delivered to your browser within approximately 30 seconds of purchase, and a copy is also emailed to the address on your BR.LK account. You can view, edit, and re-export your policies at any time from the "My Policies" dashboard while your BR.LK account is active.

3. Refund policy

Because this is a digital good delivered instantly and produced specifically for your business based on the inputs you provide, purchases are non-refundable once a policy has been generated, except where a refund is required by the consumer-protection law of your country.

If your AI generation fails for technical reasons (for example, our service is unavailable, or no policy was produced), we will either re-generate at no extra cost or refund your purchase in full. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt and the email address on your BR.LK account.

4. What the service is — and isn't

The Legal Policy Generator produces templates based on industry-common practices for businesses that accept payments via Stripe and Wise. The output is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer–client relationship. We do not guarantee that the generated policies will be accepted by Stripe, Wise, your jurisdiction's regulator, or a court. You are responsible for reviewing the generated documents with a qualified legal professional familiar with your business and jurisdiction before publishing.

5. Restricted business categories

We do not generate policies for businesses in categories that our payment partners (Stripe and Wise) prohibit or restrict — including but not limited to: illegal goods or services, fraud, adult content, gambling, weapons, controlled substances, and certain regulated financial products. If your business is flagged by our compliance check, you will not be able to complete a purchase. If you have been charged and then blocked from generation, you will receive an automatic full refund.

6. Account, data, and deletion

Purchasing the AI service requires a BR.LK account. We store the wizard inputs and generated policies in your account so you can return to them. You may delete a saved project at any time from the My Policies dashboard. To delete your entire account, email [email protected] and we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days, subject to any record-keeping obligations under tax, accounting, or anti-fraud law.

7. Payments and processors

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full payment card details. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method through Stripe; processing times depend on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

8. Governing law

These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising from your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
